BUILDING ARMATURE DSTU (GOST) 5781-82
Rebar is produced in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 3760–98 for reinforced concrete structures (DSTU 5781) GOST R52544-2006, GOST 34028-2016
Construction fittings – rolled steel is necessary for the production of wall panels, floor coverings, stairwells, and can be used as a separate product.
According to the labeling according to DSTU (GOST) 5781-82, the following strength classes are distinguished: fittings A-I, A-II, A-III, A-IV, A-V, A-VI.
A more modern designation is also used: A240, A300, A400, A500, A600, A800, A1000.
As a special marking for reinforced construction fittings, the following designations are used: At400, At500, At600, At800, At1000, At1200.
- C – indicates the possibility of electric welding of fittings;
- K – indicates resistance to corrosion cracks under high voltage.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING BUILDING FITTINGS:
Different classes of fittings are produced using different technologies: fittings with designations from A240 to A600 are produced hot-rolled, from A800 and above – produced at low temperature or with special processing.
Among construction fittings, the following are distinguished:
- smooth – this includes only class A1 (A240),
- corrugated (periodic profile) – all other classes belong here.
The use of cold-drawn and hot-rolled reinforcement in building structures as the main frame allows reinforced concrete to withstand high loads. Graded reinforcement is one of the main areas of rolled metal, along with rolled sheet and rolled pipes. Fittings are mostly made of low-carbon steel, differing in terms of strength, stiffness, and diameter.
